Local Ride is not liable for errors, omissions, or misrepresentations by users.
Users must independently verify the credentials of other users before transacting.
Local Ride is not responsible for user-generated content or third-party actions.

**Registration**
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

Service providers are independent contractors, and Local Ride does not control their operations.

**Terms & Conditions for Service Providers**
**General**
Local Ride is an online platform governed by Indian laws.
Local Ride reserves the right to modify terms without prior notice.

Accounts may be terminated after one year of inactivity.
By using the platform, service providers agree to Local Ride’s terms and policies.

**Delivery Partner Terms and Conditions**
**Agreement**
Delivery partners must comply with Local Ride’s terms and guidelines.
Local Ride reserves the right to modify terms and terminate agreements.
**Representations and Warranties**
Delivery partners must have valid licenses, vehicles, and expertise.
Delivery partners must comply with all applicable laws.
**Indemnification**
Delivery partners must indemnify Local Ride against any claims arising from their services.
**Compensation**
Delivery partners are compensated based on Local Ride’s payout scheme.

**Termination**
